ProviderLink has been developed for use by service providers to record and
control the delivery of services to clients of Social Services and Health
Authorities.
Designed to be capable of operation in a purchaser / provider environment, the
system uses Microsoft Windows and Client Server technology to provide a user
friendly environment and the capability of independent operations, whilst also
utilising, where available, information from a central client index in order to
minimise duplicate data entry.
EASE OF USE
Based on the popular "Windows" Graphical User Interface technology,
ProviderLink offers ease of use and flexibility. Selecting functions directly
from familiar iconised buttons allows the user to access every system function
without continually returning to a menu screen - moving from client search to
schedule look-up, or worker schedules to searching for an alternate worker could
not be simpler.
BENEFITS
The extensive functionality and ease of use combine to make
ProviderLink a powerful tool in the battle to provide quality services in a cost
effective and efficient manner. Comprehensive scheduling facilities save the
busy administrator enormous amounts of time by allowing alternative staff to be
quickly identified and scheduled when the original worker is sick or on leave.
Furthermore, the ability to share data with a service provision unit reduces
mistakes, as can the automatic production of payroll notification and client
invoices - and of course all of these facilities will save valuable operational
time.
